What We Do
The Friends of the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts is a 501(c)(3) that exists to enrich life in Bloomington and the surrounding communities. Our mission is to create an environment where all forms of artistic expression are encouraged and appreciated in an effort to contribute to the quality of life in our community.

Revitalizing the Creativity Center
The Friends of the BCPA will plan and facilitate the capital campaign to raise the funding to revitalize the current creativity center in partnership with the City of Bloomington. We plan to raise approximately $5 Million within the next five years. With $1.2 Million already raised, we are on our way to creating the place we envision.
